How to solve the common faults of filter press

1、Auto-pressure-keeping filter press, after installation, the indicator light does not light, press the button, no response.

This situation should first check whether the three-phase power supply and zero line is connected correctly, often users forget to connect the zero line. At the same time, check whether the fuse is blown, whether the circuit breaker in the electrical cabinet is in a closed state.

2、Automatic holding pressure filter press, the indicator light is on, press the button, the motor does not turn.

First check whether the fuse is blown, such as the fuse is normal and then observe whether the intermediate relay and AC contactor are working normally, usually the intermediate relay is more common, it is also possible that the motor has been burnt.

3、Why won't the piston move in a newly purchased filter press when the motor is turned correctly?

It is possible that the hydraulic oil is not added in the oil tank. Filter presses are empty in the oil tank at the factory, users need to add their own hydraulic oil (add hydraulic oil viscosity of 30CST (50 degrees) or so, equivalent to ordinary hydraulic oil #30), if no oil for a long time idling, the oil pump will be burned due to overheating.

4, a user asked the new filter press, motor steering is correct, hydraulic oil has been filled, can not enter and exit.

After understanding, the type of loosening need to hold down the release button, the machine was already in the top tight state, the user presses the release button to release a little bit, the result thought the filter press is not normal.

5, a user said that its filter press has been working normally, now suddenly can not work, I do not know what is the reason?

Sent to repair, found that the motor steering is reversed, after inquiring about the unit's power supply transformer has just been replaced, and again use the filter press did not pay attention to the motor steering, adjusting the steering work to return to normal.

6, a chemical unit said that its filter press on the power of the oil pump will start, and the motor running time is not long, the thermal protection relay action.

a, check the circuit wiring is normal, measured by the multimeter terminals, found that the terminals have been corroded short-circuit, but the appearance can not be seen, the replacement of a new terminal after the disappearance of the fault.

b, thermal protection action, touch the motor feel hot, suspect that the oil circuit is not smooth caused by the oil pump output resistance, after checking the reversing valve is found on one side of the solenoid suction drop, caused by reversal is not in place, replacement of the solenoid back to normal.

7, the use of electromagnetic reversing valve filter press in the use of a longer period of time often occurs only into the phenomenon can not retreat or can only retreat can not enter.

a, the common reason is that the hydraulic oil is not replaced for a long time, the formation of dirt will be the reversing valve within the live core bite dead, this time to dismantle the reversing valve cleaning, from the new installation can be. Usual use of hydraulic oil should be replaced in a timely manner.

b, solenoid valve coil burnt out or control electrical failure can also occur this phenomenon.

8、The oil pump works normally, but the top tightening oil pressure is too low or no pressure.

a, no oil in the tank, taking into account the transport and other issues, the new machine factory tank hydraulic oil is to be emptied, no oil how can there be pressure?

b. Hydraulic oil is not added sufficiently, resulting in suction oil, should be added sufficiently according to the level gauge indication position.

c, electric contact pressure gauge upper limit pointer adjustment position is low, will be adjusted to the appropriate position, while adjusting the relief valve so that it reaches the appropriate pressure.

d, the relief valve regulating pressure is low, loosen the relief valve lock nut, rotate the relief valve handle (rotate inward to increase oil pressure, rotate outward to reduce oil pressure) to adjust the oil pressure, the ordinary pressure gauge models adjusted to the rated working pressure, electric contact pressure gauge models adjusted to a little higher than the rated working pressure.

e, after many years (3 years - 5 years or more) use of the filter press, the cylinder inside the piston installed on the sealing ring wear, there will also be the phenomenon of pressure on the phenomenon does not go.

f. If there is oil leakage on the oil circuit, the phenomenon of pressure not going up will also occur.

9、When filtering, there is material spraying between the filter plates.

a, may be too high a feed pressure caused by spraying, many users do not install pressure gauges on the feed pipe, resulting in uncontrolled feed pressure, ultimately causing spraying.

b. The tightening force of the filter plate is not enough, and when the feed pressure rises, the force between the filter plates holds the plates apart, resulting in material spraying.

c. The sealing surface of the filter plate has filter cake and other debris adhering to the surface, and there is always a large gap after the filter plate is pressed, so the sealing surface should be cleaned after unloading the filter cake.

d. The sealing surface of the filter plate already has a through groove or the filter plate itself is damaged.
