1. It can withstand high gas temperature. Generally the use temperature can be controlled at 260℃-300℃, and some varieties can instantly withstand high temperatures above 300℃.
2. It can bear higher filtration load, and the gas filtration load can reach 60-90m3/hour.
3. It has very low running resistance and is more adaptable to the change of blast furnace fan air volume.
4. High filtration efficiency, the dust content of the purified and filtered gas is generally less than 35㎎/m.
5.High temperature filter clothLong service life, cost-effective and greatly superior to the glass fibre needle felt filter media. It is about 10-20% higher than the cost of glass fibre needle felt, but the service life is more than double under the same working conditions.
