Diaphragm type filter press will enter a short pressing filtration process after terminating the feeding, which makes the diaphragm bulge to press the cake for further dewatering; the diaphragm bulge compacts the cake, and in the process of discharging, the cake has low water content, which can basically fall off cleanly, so that the process of discharging will be completed in a short time. It improves the labour efficiency, especially for the subsequent drying treatment of the filter cake will save a lot of energy consumption.
High Pressure Diaphragmfilter pressIt is a more efficient and energy-saving coal slurry dewatering equipment developed on the basis of fast-opening filter press. This model overcomes the defects of fast-opening filter press with many accident points and unstable operation. It realises the functions of automatic control of feeding and discharging. Moreover, it is stable in operation and simple in maintenance. It has been promoted and applied in coal slurry dewatering. It has become the replacement product of coal slurry dewatering.
At the beginning of the work of high pressure diaphragm filter press, firstly, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the pressing plate to combine and press the filter plate to form a closed filter chamber, and then the feed pump presses the slurry into each filter chamber for filtration, and the solid particles stay in the filter chamber. The filtrate goes through the filter cloth, and flows through the discharge groove of the filter plate to the discharge port of the filter plate to be discharged out of the machine. After the end of filtration, the compressed gas enters into the cavity between the diaphragm and the core plate to squeeze the filter cake and carry out the second pressing and dewatering, there is still a certain amount of water between the particles after pressing, and the moisture content of the cake is further reduced by blowing through the filter cake, thus completing the filtration process.
High-pressure diaphragm filter press filter press is divided into a number of groups of filter plates, the filter plates are connected with a small chain of pulling plates, through the pulling plate mechanism to pull open the group of filter plates in several times to unload the filter cake, which solves the problem of sometimes improper operation, unloading material concentration caused by the lower end of the belt conveyor or scraper machine material is blocked by the pressure.
Diaphragm filter press operation process
1. Feeding: the palm oil slurry to be separated by cooling and crystallisation is pumped from the crystallisation tank into the inlet of the filter plate, and the slurry fills the filter chamber, the palm liquid oil is filtered through the filter cloth, and the palm stearin is retained by the filter cloth. In order to ensure that the slurry can fill the chamber between the filter plate, the formation of a uniform cake, this step needs to be the first to close the outlet valve of the lower part of the filter plate, through the sight glass to observe the upper part of the filter plate liquid oil overflow from the liquid oil outlet before opening the lower part of the outlet valve. Usually under the condition of automated factory, this function can be realised by setting the delayed opening of the valve.
2. Filtration: when the feed is finished, the liquid and oil related valves are opened to enter the filtration stage. Filtering filter cloth retains the solid phase, the length of the filtration time with the slurry of the solid phase content of the number of changes in the end of the filtration stage to feed oil pressure to reach a certain value (usually less than or equal to 0.25Mpa). Feeding and filtering speed should not be too fast, through the feed pump frequency control, the pressure change should be stepped up. Otherwise the oil and filter plate filter cloth friction, the formation of a large number of static electricity, damage to the filter plate.
3. Filter press: When the filter feed pump stops, it enters the squeezing stage. The membrane plate starts to input the extruded material, the membrane plate expands and squeezes the filter cake, and the filtrate is separated from the filter cake. When the extruded material is fed, the speed should not be too fast, so as to facilitate the discharge of air inside the membrane plate and avoid local pressure and deformation of the membrane plate. Extrusion material feeding speed should also be stepped up, and set the "hold" time, to give the liquid oil from the filter cake separation time. Extrusion stage to reach a certain pressure setting value to the end of the ordinary dry extraction process is usually set at about 0.8Mpa.
4. Unloading: After the extrusion is completed, the extruded material feeding stops, and the pressure is gradually relieved to about 0.3Mpa, then the oil inlet pipeline and the liquid oil pipeline will start to be blown. The oil in the oil pipeline is not filtered and extruded, and will be blown back to the oil tank by compressed air. The oil in the liquid oil line is finished and is blown to the liquid oil tank. After blowing, continue to relieve pressure, to 0Mpa, the filter press reminds to open the unloading of the cake begins. Solid phase hard grease falls into the hard grease tank below with the opening of the filter plate.
High pressure diaphragm filter press operation matters
1, the operator must be familiar with the contents of the instruction manual, and strictly in accordance with the requirements of the manual operation, adjustment, use and maintenance.
2, the use of good filter cloth, the filter cloth should not be damaged, the sealing surface is not wrinkled, not overlap.
3, often check the whole machine zero, parts installation is safe, whether the fasteners are tight, whether the hydraulic system oil leakage, transmission components are flexible and reliable.
4, often check the quality of hydraulic oil, oil level height is in line with the requirements, whether the oil is pure. Hydraulic system around to keep clean, waterproof, dustproof.
5、After each start-up, carefully observe the working condition of the machine, if there is any abnormality, it should be stopped immediately for maintenance.
6, the oil temperature in the tank to not higher than 60 ℃ is appropriate; oil tank is strictly prohibited water and dust; hydraulic station on the oil filter should be cleaned frequently. The electrical control part should be insulated once a month, and the damaged electrical components should be replaced or repaired in time.
7, machine use for one month, should clean the oil tank, oil circuit, oil cylinder, etc., replace the qualified new oil, and then every six months to replace, clean.
8、When working, the filtering pressure, compression pressure and material temperature are not allowed to exceed the specified value, and it is forbidden to start the machine when there is a lack of plate frame or the displacement of the compression plate is greater than the stroke of the piston.
9, when starting the pump in winter, the hydraulic oil should be warmed up as needed, and can be put into use only when the oil temperature rises above 15℃. Low condensation point hydraulic oil should be used in high cold area.
10, the working state is strictly prohibited to adjust the equipment, in the case of damage to the pressure gauge or do not install the pressure gauge, it is strictly prohibited to open the machine.
11, replace the new oil pipe SC start, personnel shall not be close to the high-pressure oil pipe.
12、Mechanical pressure filter press should pay close attention to the pressure situation, and should not be overloaded for a long time, so as not to burn out the motor or damage the parts.
13. Frequently check and clean the inlet and outlet channels to ensure unobstructed access.
14, unloading slag, according to the need for filter cloth and plate frame rinsing, to ensure that the sealing surface is free of debris.
15. Relatively moving parts and components should be refuelled and lubricated frequently.
16, when the machine is out of use for a long time, it should be stored in a ventilated and dry room, the hydraulic system should be full of oil, and other external leakage processing surface should be coated with anti-rust oil. Storage should be placed in the relative temperature is less than 80%, temperature in -15-40 ℃ non-corrosive media have sheltered places.
17. Filter plate and frame shall not be in contact with oil, acid and alkali or other substances that are damaging to the plate and frame, and shall be kept away from heat source and avoid sunshine and rain.
