8 Benefits analysis

3 Filter press and auxiliary equipment selection

According to the production needs, my mine tried XMZG100/1000 type chamber filter press. This model was originally used in chemical industry, light operation is convenient, low labour intensity. Accelerated construction speed. Malisan has quick reaction and short hardening time, which ensures the quickness of filling and reinforcing work, and it can be used for "first aid" treatment of hidden dangers without affecting other construction tasks. 4 Improvement of rapid filter presses

4.1 Improvement of defective rapid filter presses

In view of the problem that it is difficult to dislodge the filter cake due to the adhesion of the cake to the ordinary filter plate, we replace all the filter plates with the press plate with rubber diaphragm. After the transformation, the shedding effect is better, after the action of the filter plate, the filter cake will fall off by itself.

Change to use higher strength nylon silk textile filter cloth. The thickness of this filter cloth is comparable with the original filter cloth, but its high compressive strength, the use of a number of cycles, up to 3,000 cycles, while high-strength nylon prevention and control of filter cloth filtration speed, the advantages of good effect of cake shedding.

Improve the assembly form of high-strength nylon textile filter cloth, press the filter cloth directly with the rubber diaphragm, to prevent and control the rapid damage of the filter cloth in the centre feeding hole, and save the cost.

5 Determination of filter press process parameters

5.1 Determination of air pressure and air consumption

Generally, the pressure of high pressure wind in mine is 0.6MPa, which is suitable for the ventilation of coal mine production. In the filter press process, only the slurry feed and pressing time need to use high pressure air, a single cycle of air time is not more than 5min, air consumption in 8m3/The effect on mine ventilation is negligible.

5.2 Determination of single cycle working time

5.3 Determination of the amount of coal slurry to be treated

There are 51 chambers in the filter press, after a lot of measurements show that each piece of filter cake weighs about 41.7kg, the total weight of the filter cake in a single cycle is 2.13t, which is equivalent to the dry coal sludge processing capacity of a single cycle of 1.55t. Calculated by 10min for one cycle, the filter press can process 9.3t of coal sludge in one hour, which can satisfy the needs of the production of my mine.

Trial results

After the whole process system was formally put into production operation, it achieved better process indicators and reached the expected purpose. Compared with the traditional design programme, the effect is remarkable. Because of the selection of models and supporting facilities miniaturisation, supporting the relative reduction in the floor space of the workshop, a one-time savings in equipment and infrastructure investment of 604,400 yuan. Supporting motor power reduction, the reference to high-pressure wind, the opening of the pump time is reduced by half, the annual power savings of 322573.5 degrees, saving 161268.75 yuan.
