The filter plate adopts medium feeding, uniform feeding, large effective filtration area, clear filtrate, fast filtration speed, shorten the production cycle, increase the number of filtration times and improve the output. Uneven design of the edge of the inner chamber of the filter plate, the edge of the inner chamber of the filter plate has a certain slope, which not only disperses the gravitational force, increases the strength, the filter plate will not be deformed, and the filter cloth will not escape from the slurry due to the large difference between the edge of the inner chamber of the filter plate and the support cam in the middle which causes pulling apart of the warp and weft threads, and the filter cloth is tightly adhered to the slope surface to prolong the service life by more than double.
In contrast to chamber filter plates and filter plates and frames, diaphragm filter plates have a backward and forward movable filter surface - the diaphragm. When a pressing medium (e.g. compressed air or water) is passed through the back side of the diaphragm, these movable diaphragms bulge out in the direction of the filter chamber, so that the filter cake in the chamber is uniformly pressed on the entire filter surface, i.e. it is squeezed again after the filtration process is over.

On both sides of the diaphragm plate, there is a rubber diaphragm, and the outside of the diaphragm is covered with filter cloth, and the side plate is an ordinary filter plate. Material can be added to the chambers through the feed holes in the thrust plate. If solid particles are found to be larger than the aperture of the filter medium (filter cloth), they are intercepted in the chambers, and the filtrate flows out of the outlet holes under the filter plates. If the filter cake needs to be squeezed dry, in addition to the diaphragm press, can also be compressed air or steam, from the washing port into the airflow to wash away the water in the cake, in order to reduce the water content of the cake.

In the case of chamber filter presses, the solids content can only be increased by blowing air into the cake for a prolonged period of time.
For some minerals, such as metal hydroxides and chlorides, an increase in the solids content of the filter cake of even 11 TP3T is important for the overall production process. It is well known that the full utilisation of mechanical dewatering is particularly important as the cost of heating and drying is approximately ten times that of mechanical dewatering. Based on this we have developed a high pressure diaphragm filter plate with a post press pressure of 25 atmospheres and have successfully solved the key technical problems at the feed and at the folding of the diaphragm edges. Its significant advantages are: under the conditions of saving investment, increasing processing capacity and reducing operating costs, the solid content of the filter cake can be accurately adjusted according to the requirements.

What information should I provide when I need a quote?
Normally, if you want to get an accurate quotation, you are recommended to provide us with this information: 1. The type of sludge to be filtered: is it physical sludge, or biochemical sludge? Conventional filter presses are available for physical sludge, while belt and stacked-screw filter presses are required for biochemical sludge, especially sludge containing oil or viscous sludge.
2, the water content of sludge after filtering: chamber filter press, plate and frame filter press, diaphragm filter press after filtering sludge with low water content, stacked-screw filter press after filtering sludge with slightly higher water content, belt filter press with the highest.
3, sludge treatment of continuous or intermittent: chamber filter press, plate and frame filter press, diaphragm filter press filter press can only be used in an intermittent way to deal with sludge, belt filter press and stacked-screw filter press can be a continuous treatment of sludge, high processing efficiency.
4, sludge treatment to meet the floor space requirements: If the customer has a floor space limit, then you can choose vertical filter press, but it will cause the increase of this, if there is no floor space limit, then you can choose other ways.
5, the different forms of filter presses on the feed pump requirements: chamber filter press, plate and frame filter press, diaphragm filter press filtration mode because of the use of intermittent, it is recommended to use diaphragm sludge pumps, while if the belt filter press and stacked screw filter press is recommended to use the sludge screw pumps, you can also use diaphragm sludge pumps.
