If the filter cake needs to be washed, washing water can be entered through the washing port on the thrust plate to wash the filter cake; if the filter cake with lower water content is needed, compressed air can be entered through the washing port to blow out part of the water in the filter cake through the layer of filter cake. For automatic control, rotate the rotary switch to the automatic position, and then press the programme automatic button, the system automatically completes the process of compressing, making up pressure, unloading pressure, loosening, removing and pulling the plate.

The correct operation of the programmable diaphragm filter presses

1. Safe Operating Procedures for Diaphragm Filter Presses

1. Check whether the oil level of the diaphragm filter press is too low, replenish the oil in time, and check whether the pressure gauge, hydraulic components and piping system are damaged, leaking or blocked.

2. Check if the filter plate is cracked.

3. Check that the filter cloth is clean and undamaged. There are other adulterants on the sealing surface of the filter cloth. The inlet must be unobstructed.

4. Check whether the connecting parts of the diaphragm filter press are intact, such as bearings, sprockets and chains.

5. Check whether the plate and frame filter press operating system is faulty.

6. Check that the high pressure damper is open and the oil filter on the pipework is clean. Whether the steam movement valve is in the required on/off state.

7. Turn the pulley manually without obstruction; the concentration range of the feed slime water. When processing is complete, press the process start button and the programme continues. The filter cloth of the diaphragm filter press is cleaned once every time to ensure that the filter cloth is cleaned. During the feeding process, when the filtrate discharges black water, check whether the filter cloth is damaged, and whether the damage is found to be replaced in time. This is particularly important.

8. Pay attention to the feeding time, prevent the feeding time is too long, clogging the centre feeding hole and damaging the filter plate, clean it in time after clogging. Prevent diaphragm damage and maintenance, regularly oil each sprocket, chain, bearing and roller, pay attention to the sealing of each part.

9. When working, please listen carefully to the working sound of the diaphragm filter press. If there is any abnormality, please report immediately. Check the material in the feed drum, do not mix rubbish and impurities, and do not have blocks and strips, so as not to block the feed channel and damage the filter cloth.
