FBXY系列filter press适用范围广、固液分离效率高、处理量大、结构稳固、使用寿命长主要应用于环保废水、冶金矿业、光伏电力等行业。本系列压滤机主要由机架、压紧装置、液压站、过滤系统、拉板装置及控制系统等所组成。FBYZ系列压滤机优点在于传动平稳可靠，易操作，主要适用于小型过滤行业，粘度相对较高，过滤周期长的物料。

全自动压滤机-板框厢式隔膜压滤机

FBXY系列Chamber Filter Press中机械传动压紧是采用电力机械驱动来压紧滤板。在电力机械驱动下，丝杠带动活动压板向前压紧全部滤板，向后则带动活动压板复位。压紧时，压紧电流随压紧力逐渐增大，当达到电流继电器预先调定值，电机停转，活动压板停止前进，保证滤板在工作中始终处于压紧状态，松开时，电机反转，当活动压板后退到感应开关位置时，活动压板停止。

FBXY系列压滤机它的动力装置主要有液压站和油缸组成，在液压油的驱动下，油缸里的活塞推动活动压板向前，压紧全部滤板，向后则带动活动压板复位。

全自动压滤机压滤特点
