Polyester filter cloth long fibre industrial fabrics are woven by twisting loose filaments, which enhances the breaking strength of the fabrics. The strength of the twisted industrial fabric is more than one times stronger than the warp and weft strength of the industrial fabric made of loose filaments. Polyester long fibre has a smooth surface, good abrasion resistance and high strength, and after twisting, it has higher strength and better abrasion resistance. Thus, the fabric has good air permeability, fast water leakage and easy to clean. This material is not suitable for easy viscous filtration products. Polyester filament has higher strength than polyester staple fibre, stronger water leakage performance and better abrasion resistance.
Polyester staple fibre raw material structure is short and hairy, and polyester long fibre, raw material is long and smooth, by twisting polyester filament than staple fibre breaking strength is high, due to the material is smooth, weaving in the finished product breathable, and polyester staple fibre due to the raw material hairy, weaving fabrics are dense, breathable and poor performance. Generally speaking, if you want to use polyester products, please select polyester staple fibre and long fibre according to the performance of the finished product. Material properties: acid resistance, alkali resistance. Abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, good recovery, conductivity is poor.
